BIM Modeling - Building Information Modeling is the process of generating and managing the building components in a model with a complete and accurate database of all the building materials, components and systems.

Utilizing BIM software, Z&F Consulting produces a 3D, real time, dynamic model of the building and the MEP components.

The Facilities Management personnel can take advantage of the built-in data bases to inventory the equipment, schedule maintenance and plan future upgrades.

Leading the field of players, Z&F Consulting has adopted REVIT as our primary modeling software to support our client’s efforts in the modeling of their facilities.

From a design standpoint, this elevates the design efforts from merely making a "cartoon" of the work scope to making a fully functioning design of the building, eliminating many common collisions and dramatically improves the coordination process along the way!
