Brian M. Flynn, PE is a founding principal of Z&F Consulting and has based his career on a mission to design sensible solutions for complex problems in the mechanical systems of today's High-Tech and Smart buildings. His ISPE Design Awards for Engineering Excellence demonstrates his continuous pursuit for constant improvement and client satisfaction.

Mr. Flynn is a BSME graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer and has over fifteen years of practical experience in the design and commissioning of mechanical systems. His overall experience spans a multitude of projects – from basic renovations to new green field construction projects and major mechanical system upgrades.

He is also an pioneering individual – with several patents for inventions under his belt.

Mr. Flynn has the experience, knowledge and motivation to successfully complete any project assignment in the most professional and timely manner. As a principal, Mr. Flynn is responsible for all the mechanical engineering designs and overall project successes. He is also instrumental in the development of personnel training goals and development of new business opportunities.
