Brian M. Flynn, PE is a founding principal of Z&F Consulting and has based his career on a mission to design sensible solutions for complex problems in the mechanical systems of today’s High-Tech and Smart buildings. His ISPE Design Awards for Engineering Excellence demonstrates his continuous pursuit for constant improvement and client satisfaction.
Mr. Flynn is a BSME graduate from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is licensed in eleven states and has over twenty-five years of practical experience in the design and commissioning of mechanical and plumbing systems. His overall experience spans a multitude of projects – from basic renovations to new green field construction projects and major mechanical system upgrades.
He is also an pioneering individual with several patents for inventions under his belt.
Mr. Flynn has the experience, knowledge and motivation to successfully complete any project assignment in the most professional and timely manner. As a principal, Mr. Flynn is responsible for all the mechanical engineering designs and overall project successes. He is also instrumental in the development of personnel training goals and development of new business opportunities.
