Start up and Commissioning of two (2) 1300-ton steam turbine chillers, three (3) 900-ton electric driven chillers, one (1) 30,000 lb/hr high pressure dual fuel fired boiler, air handling systems, direct digital control system with 24×7 remote monitoring, 30,000-gallon fuel oil system. Z&F Consulting provided Start Up and Commissioning of three (3) 1500kW/1800kVA generators for hospital emergency power distribution.  Commissioning included utility interface to provide export power to the grid and peak shaving of the facilities load, and participation of PJM rebate programs
