Z&F Consulting provided LEED Enhanced Commissioning services for the development of a new, 3-story facility of approximately 180,000 square feet. The systems included in commissioning were 14,000 – 60,000 CFM custom DX air handling units with fan arrays, operating rooms, condensing units, 1500 MBH natural gas fired boilers, end suction pumps, fans, fan coil units, domestic hot water heaters, 166 terminal boxes, transfer switches, 2 generators, med gas systems, and BAS. Z&F also subcontracted and managed the envelope commissioning for the building. Z&F’s involvement began at the start of construction and continued through occupancy.
