Z&F Consulting provided commissioning services for the development of a new 159,000 square foot facility.  The systems included in commissioning were the three 35,000 CFM air handling units, energy recovery units, three 1500 MBH boilers, two 300 ton chillers, fuel oil system, medical gas systems, emergency generator, automatic transfer switch, fans, pumps, 129 terminal boxes, and BAS.
