Z&F Consulting was chosen by Blue Rock Construction to provided its commissioning services for the four building facility consisting of a total of 400,000 ft². Equipment included two cooling towers, three 550 ton low temperature chillers, three 8,000 MBH hot water boilers, multi-zone air handling units, variable volume air handling units, pumps, radiant floor heating, emergency generator, direct digital control system.
